The Team has selected the Redhawk Horses after spending hundreds of hours thoroughly reviewing nearly 2,000 2-year-olds for sale at the Ocala Breeders Sales auction. Two months prior to the sales, pedigrees were reviewed, then a list of nearly 200 horses for personal review/inspection was created. From there, videotapes of gallops were reviewed. Then attendance at early morning workouts to analyze the running styles and identify potential problems was completed. Finally, all medical records were inspected and a veterinarian provided a thorough examination. The result was narrowing the list of 200+ horses down to a handful that met all these criteria, and bidding resulted in the acquisition of the three athletes.

All of this thorough “due diligence” was completed with the goal of developing Redhawk Racing into an ELITE Thoroughbred Racing Stable with the goal of racing success at the track.
